    Mexican Bean Pie

  1. Pkg Soft Tortillas -- 8 Large, or 12 small
  2. 1-2 lb ground meat
  3. 1 med onion
  4. 1-2 pkg sharp cheddar cheese(grated)
  5. 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  6. 1 can Rotel tomatoes
  7. 1 can Ranch style beans
  8. - Preheat oven at 350
  9. - Brown meat - drain.
  10. - Layer a 13X9 dish with torillas and cover with meat, add beans, sprinkle with chopped onion, and - grated cheese.
  11. - Combine soup and tomatoes in a bowl.
  12. - Add another layer of tortillas, cover with soup/tomatoe mixture, add more cheese
  13. - Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Hash Brown Cassrole

  • 2 lb frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick butter (melted)
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 8-10 oz shredded cheese

  • Topping
  • Crushed corn flakes
  • ½ stick butter (melted)
  • Combine first ingredients. Add topping and bake 350-375 for 45 minutes.
  • Featured Dessert

    Whopper Pie

    1. 1 pint vanilla ice cream
    2. 1 bowl cool whip
    3. ice cream sandwiches
    4. whoppers (malted milk balls)
    5. Crush whoppers. Combine ice cream, cool whip and some of the crushed whoppers. Line bottom of dish with ice cream sandwiches. Top with mixture. Top with the remaining crushed whoppers.
    6. Freeze.
